CEIT, a center for employees, families and the community located in Carlos Barbosa (RS), pays tribute to Ivo Tramontina.

The Ivo Tramontina Educational Center (CEIT) in Carlos Barbosa (RS) covers an area of 5,940 square meters and was created to inspire the search for knowledge and to promote activities that foster well-being.

It is managed by Corporate Human Development. The name of the center pays tribute to Ivo Tramontina, son of Valentin and Elisa, the company’s founders, and father of the current president, Clovis Tramontina. Ivo Tramontina always was an enthusiast of education, work and people.

One of CEIT's goals is to strengthen the bonds between Tramontina, its employees and the community. The team works to keep employees constantly improving through courses, workshops, lectures, MBAs, cultural events, areas for reading and research, as well as internal communications, internal marketing and wellness activities, such as yoga, stretching, Pilates, Zumba and functional training. There is also the Tramontinaprev’s administrative structure, the Curriculum Center and the Tramontina Employees Association, with a dentist’s office which can be used by employees and their dependents.

To make each day more beautiful

It is almost like a mantra repeated within the company: Tramontina is made by people. In factories, administrative sectors, POSs for each customer and at each consumer’s home, the brand grows, consolidates, and transforms itself in the hands of the people who produce, sell, and use our products.

This magazine is another example of that. If so many people build Tramontina, it is natural that everyone leaves their mark along the way. We have launches, campaigns, new processes, innovative ideas developed by everyone who is devoted, day after day, to making Tramontina a brand that is part of people’s lives - each one with their own way of using our products. Throughout the content, we also try to show that, at Tramontina, everything we do is conducted to ensure the constant improvement of processes and to serve a market that is always changing. We constantly invest in new technologies, increasingly more advanced equipment, new products, and training of teams so that they become more and more specialized. All this for Tramontina to become the Tramontina we dream of. That in 2022, we may all make even more dreams come true. And may the future be even more beautiful.
