Tramontina Eletrik has expanded the showroom to serve customers and sales teams more effectively and with greater interaction

The expansion of Tramontina’s units and showroom meets the different needs of the company and market demands.

Tramontina Eletrik has expanded its showroom to introduce solutions and to interact with customers and sales teams more efficiently. The showroom was increased from 70 to 230 square meters. In this new space, the different products are organized according to the business divisions and arranged to present the special features of each product.

Increased demand for the production of Metallic Modular Organizers brought about the need to expand and improve manufacturing capacity

The launch of new products has meant the need for equipment with greater production capacity

The metal modular storage sector has grown at the Garibaldi unit. Due to the increasing demand for the production of Metal Modular Storage items, a plan to increase and improve the manufacturing capacity was required. Initially, the sector was relocated from a 2,500 square meter building, where the machinery was shared with other sectors, to a building double that size, with 5,000 square meters. The new building is entirely dedicated to the production of Metal Storage items, has more room for its machinery, is better organized and has great growth potential. When new items of the line were launched, equipment with greater capacity to supply the production was required and the sector now has a new Phosphating by immersion line, which has enabled a 30% increase in its efficiency. The goal was to include the production of new items and prepare the company for the expected sales increase.

Pavilion 8: With an area of 7,500 square meters, this space houses the expanded line of hoses and irrigation accessories

The highlight at Tramontina Multi was the construction of Pavilion 08, the second steel structure in this unit, which has an area of 7,500 square meters. It houses the expansion of the hoses and irrigation accessories line. The building has natural lighting and ventilation. The light comes through windows on the south and east facades as well as through skylights. Ventilation is provided by tilting covers with a manual opening throughout the perimeter of the pavilion and by a roof lantern, a structure on the highest part of the roof that allows air to flow through.
